The campaign kicks off on Sunday, January 22, 2023 which is Sanctity of Human Life Sunday, but you can begin distributing your bottles as soon as you receive them. Your congregation/group will have until mid-February to fill their bottles and turn them back in. We’ll collect the bottles from you during the month of March .
Coin wrappers will be included in each bottle to make rolling your coins a breeze. It is not required, but we are asking that you either roll your baby bottle coins before returning them or write a check for your coin total. This would be a tremendous help to our staff and volunteers so we can focus more of our attention on serving students, clients and Door of Hope moms.

Crossroads Women’s Center does not offer prenatal care, birth control prescriptions, fertility testing, abortion services or referrals, mammograms, or STI/STD testing. Funds raised enable CPC to offer free pregnancy tests, counseling, classes, ultrasounds, Bible Studies, and material assistance such as diapers and clothing. The easiest way to collect the bottles is to have a table in the back where participants can drop them off as they enter and exit. While this is simple, participating in a bottle harvest can make a big difference in your collection totals. Distributing bottles over time or asking for them to be brought in when full, loses many more bottles and lowers returns.
If your church or group isn’t listed, type the name in the Gift Notes box. Support annual fund raising events, sponsor a table at banquet, invite others to participate in the Walk for life. While the BBC is simple and can be a BIG benefit to many families, you can get creative and have fun filling those bottles. Every year, the Baby Bottle Campaign raises more funds than any other fundraiser we have. It is easy, budget neutral and the whole family or office can participate.

At New Life Family Services, we compassionately open our doors and our hearts to women and men who believe abortion is the “only” solution to an unplanned pregnancy. Through practical and spiritual counsel, we provide education and support with the hope each client will make a life-affirming decision for their unborn child. Fill up the baby bottle banks with your loose change and see how much you can collect. They fill the bottles with spare change, bills, or checks, and return the bottles to you.
To make a donation using a credit or debit card, please select the PayPal option. There will be an option to make a donation using your card instead of a PayPal account. All of our center locations and administration office will be closed from Friday, December 23, 2022 through Monday, January 2nd, 2023. Enter a fundraising goal for the campaign as a whole as well as a default goal for each participant's fundraising page .
Setting Up a Baby Bottle Campaign
Size is pre-cut to 5.25” x 8.5” with room at the bottom for your organization's information. This bulletin insert speaks to fathers with encouragment to continue being a good father. They are designed to be passed out a week before Father's Day reminding people to bring their bottles back. Baby bottles are taken home and filled with donations through the month of October.
Continue to remind members to fill their bottles throughout the campaign. Have baskets or containers ready with empty bottles in them to handout at each exit door after each service. For custom printed items is 10 working days AFTER proof approval. God has called you to the vital mission of saving the lives of the unborn and leading women and men into the presence of Jesus Christ.
Our hope is by meeting some of the physical needs these families face, they will be empowered to make life-affirming choices. A Baby Bottle Campaign involves everyone in your church or school— from young to old, and equips them to do something for the local community that has an impact for generations to come.
There are many different options that may work better for certain churches, denominations, or your organization. Please note the change in quantity • Order 1000 or more printed baby bottles and receive FREE setup. We are excited to kick off another Baby Bottle Campaign season. Churches across Seminole County have reported excellent church participation and enthusiastic results from congregations. If you have participated in our campaigns in the past, you know how easy, successful and encouraging it can be in promoting the pro-life message.
While the mechanics can be different, the basic idea is that the bottles are brought to the platform and then prayer is offered for both the ministry and the funds. In this way, the church is joining together in prayer to lift up the center in away that is God-honoring and appropriate. How the bottles get to the platform can vary. The bottles could be brought up during a song or during silent prayer.
If you have not, please know that it is never too late to join! Our prayer is that all our partnering churches will be educated about the sanctity of life and know that they are making an eternal impact on the lives of the people we serve. By far, the most popular time to run a baby bottle campaign is between Mother’s Day and Father’s day.
You can have a single giving page for donors to give money toward your organization's collective baby bottle. Catholic Charities annual Baby Bottle Campaign directly helps pregnant women and women with babies choose adoption or parenting rather than abortion right here in Southern Minnesota. As much as it would be convenient to have all bottles returned in one Sunday, this is simply not how it happens. It is very important on the collection Sunday to announce where to turn in the bottles on following Sundays. One church, for example, had members put bottles on the platform and left empty bottles up there for a few weeks as a reminder.

When you choose to partner with us, your support empowers Central Florida women and men to choose life for their unborn baby and to find love in Christ. For campaign models that allow for teams, you'll want to make sure that the team field is included on the registration form. Add a Campaign Description to tell participants and donors more about the campaign, such as what you're raising money for.
